Ok, changed from the standard 2.73? 7" rear in my Duster to a 3.23 suregrip 8.75 rear, now the shifting in the 904 tranny is way off. Shifts fine if you do it manually. Is this something easily fixed or will it require the trans to be pulled? Thanks for any input.

More than likely the shifting is just fine. Your speedo for one thing is not accurate unless you changed the gear so that will make it look like it is worse than it is. The gear ratio of the rear end will also change the speed shift ratio because of driveshaft RPM change.
