Are there any differences between the headrest on a bench seat and a bucket seat? I see that they have different bezels, but will the complete headrest swap out from a bench to a bucket?

Bench and bucket seat headrests are different in 69 , the bucket uses the oval shaped headrest with the chrome band. The bench is more of a retangular shape , wider than taller but closer to being square .

I never tried to swap them but I think the posts are the same width apart.

Posts are the same width and will interchange. I swapped some off a 1970 coronet bench because they looked like the bucket seat kind and replaced them with the big fatter one's from a 1969 4 door.

Oh and by the way.

The bucket seat headrest bezels are diffrent than bench seat ones.

Bench ones are kinda triangle shaped.

You do have to cut the bench headrest shafts down to I believe 15-16" to look right.

Yeh, I seem to recall the one rod being longer just a little more than the other.
