I've looked through my manuals and material but can not find this info. The center carb I have was missing the fuel inlet fitting. I bought one and it came with gasket, spring and filter. Does the spring install into the carb first then the filter? Also, the filter has a small hole on one side w/ larger hole on the other side. Does the larger circle hole point to the carb with the smaller hole pointing towards the inlet?
Thanks, Joe

Well, here is how I install those tiny worthless filters.
Though tiny worthless filters get cloggedup, so they must be worthless Yeah, Right OP, run the filters BTW, the GM and maybe some of the OEM Ford Holleys may have came with the filters, I have never seen any in the Mopar Holleys, six pak, single four or the race Hemi with two Holley race vacume secondary carbs Let us know what you do and the results please

The last 6 pack I had was over 20 years ago. For some reason, I think I ditched it back then feeling that the Mopar Inline filter was sufficient. Then again, I did a lot of stuff back then that I later learned was wrong. Just want to get this right. Thanks for all the input so far. Joe
