install wilwood brakes on frt of duster with new master cylinder 1.125 inch bore ,new adjustable prop valve ,removed stock prop valve ,bled brakes out fine pedal is hard but has no stopping power ,does not seem to matter where i adjust the prop valve i know you have to burnish in new brakes ,havent done that yet but cant get car to stop worth a da#@ ,has 11 inch drums on rear brakes worked great with factory disc and drums ,any ideas?

Too many unknowns to answer your question. From reading your post, I assume the original system was power disc /drum? Also assume you bought the master ( and adjustable prop valve )to go along with the new Wilwood front discs? Do you know the bore size of your original master?

I will bet you have VERY LITTLE pedal travel...
if so the master bore is to big... big bore gives
little travel and less hyl pressure

There is a calculator on the Mark Williams site to calculate the master cylinder required size, based on the wheel cylinder/caliper piston size. I would bet your master cylinder bore is too large.

definite possibility on the master bore size. Mopar makes two small ones, a 1 1/32" bore and a 15/16" bore. - Why I asked what the bore size was on the master you replaced. Maybe you should check with Williams on their recommendation before you pop for another master though.
