i am working on my calvert racing monoleafs on my charger.
but when the leafs are mounted on the front hangers,there is a side play of 0,12" on the front bushing.. i have mouted the leafs without the calltracs so i must use the 2 rings that go with the monoleaf set.

i think i must searching for a good set of rings of the right size , but i think it is a little bit strange that the monoleafs has a lot of side play with all the right parts.

maybe someone has an idea..

That is just the way it is. Calvert uses a narrower spring mount than Chrysler did.

The plates for the Cal-Tracs take up some of that space.

now i have the spacers instead of the calltracs between the leaf and the hanger. i think this is the same size as the calltracs..

a guy from my work can made new spacers with the right size , so the side play than is allmost zero. but i don't knwow if that is good.

maybe in the corner the rear shackels move a little bit the the left or right i think. and normal the leaf is in rubber on the front. now it is solid so the force will come on the fornthangers/ car.

maybe they made the side play for this problem?
