65 NSS 500 OP mopar Joined: Nov 2007 Posts: 505 Northampton Pa	I must share again my experiance with Passon Performance.. I recently had my car converted by passon at his shop. I must say once again I was impressed with the customer service. I had the car back 2 weeks and started getting a noise. Which I thought was clutch related. I emailed jamie and Booom got a call right away. With the First words being We will take care of it. Well long story short I have been busy and couldnt get the car to Jamie. He did try to go out of his way to meet me but I just couldnt get there. Well last night I had a chance to look at the car and found the V-Belt pulley had come loose and was hitting the other pulley causing it to transmit noise into the bell housing. Nothing related to the 4 speed conversion. But I must give Jamie the Hats off becuase I was impressed at how he really stood by his work and went out of his way to resolve my So called issue. Even though it ended up being unrelated to the job he had done. In this day and age it is refreshing to see that level of service. When I went to pick it up he was super down to earth- showed me around his shop and BS'd for a while. I'd spend hard earned $ on his products and services again for sure.

I dont mind paying for something,I just hate when I pay and end up still have to finish,correct or fix something. Lately that is pretty common. Most chains give you a refund sure after you waste your time and argue. Plus it hard to find a small guy that does it right anymore.
