How would these work on a relatively stock (headers, dual exhaust, tune) 2005 5.7 against a stock truck intake? Would it be an improvement? Any dyno #'s?

Our manifold starts with a stock 6.1 opening so you would have to gasket match the heads. Everything we run these intake on on have ported 5.7 or bigger heads so it is not a big deal.

Honeslty for an engine with a stock type cam it is not a good choice. The intake is tall and will require a hood scoop in most applications. I'm sure it would make more power but packaging would be a major issue.

These intakes are targeted for engines making 600 and greater HP.

To answer your question Justin, Yes the manifolds are cast and machined in the USA. The intake gaskets we have made for the intake are also made in the USA.

Get the idea?

I understand buisness very well, I run my own buisness but I do not charge the first customers $600 hr to cover my opening expenses, they get $60 Hr just like every other customer. he will not sell many at that price and then every one will say there is no market and they will be discontinued. If they sold them at $250 ea then he would sell TONS of them and do so in fast manner and they would sell lots of them for a LONG time.

This is the main reason I have stayed away from the G3 hemi bandwagon. The first carb LS intakes were pricy but after about 2 years they came down and were reasonable, why hasn't that happened to the hemi? They can't say there isn't a market because even poor guys like me are have considered the G3 and then got sticker shock

I for one will pay the money for one. Why is it when someone comes up with something for a Mopar that you can't get anywhere else that they complain. But those same people will complain about not having it. So its a no win here. I think its great that someone has stepped up to the plate and is offering this intake. I will one pay the money for a good intake.

i agree dude'

also heres another point -hom many engine parts do we buy knowing at some point in time they will b thrown into the trash due to wear or breakage?

i never get mad about buying a nice intake becus its not turning into junk from the first time you turn the key like so many other things in this hobby!
