8urvette OP super stock 8 Joined: Jul 2011 Posts: 781 wine country	Since I have my transmission apart, (18 spline A-833) I will be rebuilding it (sorta), i want to know what should I change, if anything, in this trans to improve its strength? The synchros all look great, the sliders are the same, it has steel forks in it, and the bearings are tight- so ill be doing a gasket kit. when i pulled it apart, it was apparent that it has been rebuilt before, and doesn't have a bunch of miles on it. What should I do? and No i wont be doing the slick shift upgrade

The trans in my car now was done by me last winter. 4 speed street legal. Best time 10.99 @ 124 mph on 93 octane pump gas @ 3926# total weight
