DaveDudek OP top fuel Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 1,894 N of Detroit	I need a non-air rally dash frame for a 68 Superbee.. what years and models can i look for? Does a 69 Charger use the same frame? Can i use a air cond frame for a non-air car? are they the same? Will the end plates work? I need everything to look 100% correct. Thanks Dave Dudek 1st Factory Stock legal car in the 10`s!!! The dash pad changed in 69 which also changed the frame. Someone else will chime in to confirm. 70 Road Runner 383-4 4 speed FJ5 & black guts 70 Charger R/T 440-4 4 speed FJ5 & white guts

Anonymous Unregistered A	No difference in a 68 or 69 rally dash frame. Either one will work on a 68. A non a/c frame would be better. If you use an a/c frame, you may have to do some metal fab work on the lower edges to omit the vent holes.

I don't think there is a pop in insert for the different size ignition switch so it would be a 1 year only frame for each year 68 , 69 and 70. the dashpad change for 69 on the upper pad was just a shape change from pointed to flat across the edge facing the driver , stud location I am 99.9% sure didn't change.
