Do they sell a way to lift a fiberglass cap off your pickup and then store it up against the ceiling of your garage? Has anyone built one?

My daughter and son-in-law have these for their bikes but I see you can buy them for truck caps also.

Also, you can look at companies that cater to the Jeep crowd. They have lifts that take the top off of them. When I had my Jeep many years ago I rigged an aluminum frame that connected to the top with hooks and then was connected to a come-along attached to my rafters.
