bobs69 OP super stock B Joined: Aug 2006 Posts: 813 ar.	Do you set the timing on a 273 the same as a 318? The 273 has the high compression pistons and a solid lift cam. Thanks

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,040 Lincoln Nebraska	From my 1967 "Glenns". '67 4bbl 273 without CAP 10BTDC. With 5 ATDC. It's showing dual points on the non CAP application. CAP is Cleaner air package. No way I'd time an eng at 5 after live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth

I agree with the above, I would NEVER set an engine at 5 after as with the above mentioned emissions band-aid.
