Headlight Motor Man (on Facebook) is the guy! His name is Topher on here, though he doesn't post much, and he's on the 66-67chargerornocar.com site. He did mine BEAUTIFULLY, and I recommend him HIGHLY!!!

Topher McGillis (I do hope I have that right, as it has been a few years) is a heck of a great asset to the hobby!

Not to take anything away from Topher or anyone that rebuilds the motors, but the issue may not be the motor, but the relays. This is a trick I learned on the 66 Charger forum. The old stock relays way up under the dash may not be flowing enough current anymore, the motors draw a lot. On my 66 Charger, all I had to do was add a couple of new Bosch relays that take the motor power and use it as the relay switching power. The new relays are hidden in the left fenderwell and have a fused, good short power connection to the battery and go straight to the motors. So the original relays are now just switching on the new relays. This way you don't have to pull the dash to get to the old ones. Even if your motors do need to be rebuilt you still may have the weak relay output.

Another vote for Topher!! He's done the ones for the late B Magnum headlight door motor as well. Great guy!!
