You would be best getting onto a set of castings that have not had the guides machined yet. There are out there, but there isn't a bunch of them around.

don t know much about w9 s but I have one pair of 11* w8 and they are mildly put interesting, every head bolt hole is "adjusted" even the spark plugs are moved up, if it s not a max effort deal, I would pass

I had a set of RP W-9s that were that way... needed guides and porting, ended up selling them to Ryan J... I dont know if I would angle a set of W-9s.. they are light duty enough... I had one head almost cut in half when a valve broke ... that was a Chapman CNC head
