A friend gave me some J-12 YC plugs,would they be ok for a 9 to 1 RB with 906 heads?

Thanks,won't have to buy any for a while.I was just wondering because they came from a closed Mopar dealership in a Mopar bag.

Chances are he has resistor wires, so I'd use those plugs in a heartbeat

nothing wrong with champions.. i have used em all.. and on a properly running engine any of the mentioned plugs are fine..
when i was a kid i used 2 champ,2 autolite, 2 ngk on a slant six, all at same time.. they all looked the same after 2 yrs of running..i cleaned them,re-gaped them and ran them another yr..

if ya dont want em, i will take em

Absolutely I've used them in those type(stock with iron heads) and (stock size) motors for a lot of years

if you have them then use them. they'll be o.k. when they wear out you can try something different.
