Any one used them? They any good? How hard to install them? Not a concourse car but would like the cluster to look good.

Did mine on my 69 Bee. Not to hard to do,Clean and paint the original face and install your decal. I can post some pictures tomorrow if you like.

They are a much cheaper alternative than having your gauges redone. They work ok, have a tendency to lift over rivets and bumps. I had some on my 69 RR. If you need a Charger (B body) gauge set in white I'll send you an extra set I got for the cost of shipping.

Thanks. That would be great. Do the pointers come off easy? I never tried to remove them.

Clock and speedo are the only one that come off. You need to be careful but they slide off

Mine has the tach but no clock. It's not a tic toc. Does the tach pointer come off also?

in a rally gauge set every pointer comes off, when you get your decal set there will be instructions on how to remove the needles from the gauge set.

As said above only the speedo and clock needles come off in a b body rally dash. The other needles are not removable, and they are very fragile.

I am in the process of doing mine now. What i did for the smaller gauges is grind the two rivets down so I could remove the gauge face and paint. The gauges have a lip, and I couldn't figure out a good way to cover the needle while painting the face. With the fces off you will see how fragile the whole assembly is.

The "decal instructions", about halfway down the page of this link, explain about removing the pointers.

Hope this helps.

why paint? The decal covers 100% of the face..and you can get them on without removing the needle.... just slide them in place..

I removed one needle...and it was a PITA...

Well, i learned something new. I'll have to take a look at mine. it seemed easier to remove the faces to paint, 10 second of grinding the rivets and they're off. I painted the faces because I'm using white overlays. the black shows through the overlay and makes it look dull.

I've used them on 2 different cars - a 1970 E-body and a 1969 B-body rallye dash . I have no complaints of any kind on either purchase.
This is the 69 B-body set as an example. Clock only is done in this picture, speedo is not.
