Have the Hazard-Flashers working on the Front and Hood. Turn Signals work in rear but no Flashers.
Turn Signal Switch?

rearward from the TS sw the hazards/TS use the same circuit(s) so yes I'd check the TS sw. I'd seperate the connector & check continuities

chargers use the rocker style switch? make sure each post on the back carries voltage. each of the 4 pins is for a corner light. do the lights (turn signals) in the dash light up as they should (both blinking together)?
Actually, the 4-way (emerg flasher) circuit is standalone. The switch is bizarre, too. Off, there's no continuity between any of the pins. On, all 4 pins have continuity. One pin is fed pulsed +12v from the 4-way flasher, one goes to both 32 CP rear filaments, one each to FF and RF.
Rip it all out and all else still works normally.
On the car with the problem, as long as the brake lights work, and both front signals, the defect is almost certainly the TS switch.
