pleasantk OP member P Joined: Jan 2007 Posts: 65 Saint Charles, MO	If you add a fuel cell inside the trunk, can you keep the speakers in the rear package tray or would they have to be removed and the holes filled. I already have the plate between the trunk and back seat. Just wondering if that would be considered a way for fuel to get from the trunk to passenger area and not pass tech. Thanks, Rob

J Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 22,696 Bitopia	I have no idea what tech would allow, but it would seem to me a paper speaker is just a paper chimney, there are speakers I believe with a metal enclosed back housing, and that would likely solve you dilemma. Reality check, that half the population is smarter then 50% of the people and it's a constantly contested fact.

ProStDodge master Joined: Dec 2003 Posts: 2,586 Illinois, Indiana, Louisiana	With the battery and/or fuel cell in the trunk, a firewall between the trunk and the drivers compartment is needed. This includes covering any holes in the package tray. If you wish to keep the speakers, you can build metal boxes to installed over them from the trunk. Scott
