Correct Certicard holder location

On a 67 Charger, where should the certicard holder be mounted? On my car, when I first bought it, it was in a pouch on the inside of the glovebox door. According to what I have read though, it should be on the upper radiator support in a black plastic container. Which is correct? Does anybody repo the plastic holder?? thanks

I can look at the 66 Charger that my kid is stripping.Its a 50K all OE car.Might have changed in 67 as I believe they were by the battery in 67.Rocky
