I really need help quickly. The family and I are leaving for Korea in a couple weeks and taking our 09 Journey with us. I need a copy of the Chrysler TSB addressing the common failure of the exhaust rocker shaft dowel pins. It's a big enough problem that Chrysler has created a repair kit specifically for it (PN 05191332AB). Our car has a valvetrain tick, and the mechaninc is either stupid or a wuss because he doesn't want to open it up and not find any issue. It's been at the dealership for two weeks, and I guess they've been scratching their butts the whole time. This will be our means of transportation in a foreign country where there are no Dodge dealerships. We really need this to get fixed ASAP! Any help would be greatly appreciated.
