ok guys and girls and all fellow motorheads my delima, a while back i had a 70 cuda hood coverted to shaker style hood with the coorect parts and pieces, came out ok, had it painted to match the other paint but i havent been too terribly happy with the overall outcome of the hood and the paint so now i am going to step up and possibly purchase a reproduction steel hood, i am sure there has to be a long thread on this some where any way to save time and etc who makes the correct hood? what can i expect to pay for the hood? do they have seperate trim ring or built in? and what is overall quality and fit and etc etc , only one company making them? also i am not interested in a fiberglass hood steel only help?
