we have a 71 gtx, rimblow steering wheel... no horn...i know its a process of elimination... but where do we start ...thanks

use a test light as if you have 12v power when you blow horn.the mounting of the horns themselves are the ground.if no power at the horn,then go to the relay.find the horn signal wire.test light clip on pos battery and when the horn is pressed it completes the ground circuit,closes the relay-send power to the horn.then check the horn signal coming out of the steering column.The horn button/steering wheel completes the ground circuit.make sure the horn ring touches the peg/wheel on the turn signal switch.wiring schematic will speed up the process.make sure the steering column is grounded also. test light/volt meter are a must to test.

YEP, check the rim blow switch first as that is the most likely culprit. They can be intermittent depending on where you squeeze them too. If that's the case, your best bet is a new switch...
