Why would warm air blow out both the defroster vents and the a/c vents after all of the components have been removed. I installed a bypass valve in the heater hose. Is there something else I need to do or check at the heater core? Thanks in advance.

when you say everything removed, what does that mean?

box is gone? vents are gone?

did you seal up the fresh air ducts?

Sorry. All of the underwood components were removed. The bypass is on the heater hose which goes to the water pump. The manifold heater hose goes to the heater core. Could this be backwards?
