i am having a problem with the winshield wipers....they work except when you turn them off they are not returning to the down position.. they are staying up 1/4 way up windshield

any info is appricated

most likely will need to replace the wiper motor. i`m pretty sure the park circuit is part of the motor. maybe others will chime in that know more about it.

Sounds like the wiper arm linkage at the motor has slipped causing the issue. remove the cowl cover and loosen the linkage nut at the motor, pop the linkage loose and push the wipers down and retighten the nut.
