Good thread ... I do like a B1 motor. They are simple and make gobs of horsepower. "one" of the best mopar engines, imo.

I dont know about the "ultimate" Mopar engine but in my opinion a GOOD B1 engine will make very good power and is relatively simple change. Never habe figured out why there are not more of them out there. Oh yeah the 99 Hemi is kinda cool too

#1--DEFBOBS picture of the twin turbo hemi #2 --the "sonnys" motor #3------------mine--and it is NOT for sale--i just freshened it up from BES AND-- i just paid it all off. i feel the "ultimate" in these days--would be a 525 plus cube mild built twin turbo --would be the ticket----drivibility and performance is the key,you would have both with the "twins".
