The left-right adjustment to my Charger's two center and one passenger A/C vents are extremely loose. They snap closed whenever the A/C fan speed is increased to medium or high.

What's a good fix for them?

how about gumming them with some rubber cement? You could probably apply it with a toothpick or something right where the vent blade pivots in the frame, just enough to firm them up a bit.

Same problem here, and since I bypassed the Hi/Low switch to only supply voltage to the fan motor with a relay, the airflow really moves the vent.
