Do the gray Mopar filters 3549957 have these valves??

Most filters have them, the question is how effective the valve is... As mentioned in your other post try a Napa Gold.. Personally I use Motorcraft as they too are a premium filter & I can buy them pretty cheap, & the newer ones use a silicone anti -drain back valve...

I don't think any filter out there made in the USA made for Mopar V8 wouldn't have the rubber or neopreme anti drain back check parts in them
