Why would my buddies 67 small block(273) have a mopar hi-po electronic ignition, and still have a ignition condensor hooked up to his coil? Does he still need this? I thought once you went from points, you could do away with this. His wire that actually runs from the condensor to his coil, came off and he is worried about putting it back on. Maybe they did it to keep it looking original?
