Any radiator shops in your area that can re-core your original?
Glen Ray Radiators can give you a quote to rebuild your original. They can restore an original for a lower cost than their new reproduction radiator. When they create new tanks with the Chrysler symbol they have to pay Chrysler a fee making the new reproductions more expensive.

I got in a bind when I was trying to be a racer and picked up a radiator at Advance Auto. It fit fine, was good enough quality, looked almost like a factory flat tank rad, and was affordable. The downside is that it was made in China.

Check any radiator shop and or parts stores. Modine makes a multi application 26" HD cooling w/ a/c replacement for B and E bodies. I put one in my GTX in 2000 and it's HARD to get the 440 up to 195 degrees.

Good luck

That price is for a totally new reproduction, licensed by Chrysler, radiator. If you send them your radiator or even the tanks they can rebuild it for a much lower cost. I think the $700 radiator is a new reproduction too? But not licensed by Chrysler so it does not have the pentastar stamped in the tank.

What does the Chapman radiator look like, none of the links show a photo?

Check Cool Craft. They should have what you need.
