Has anyone made a 70/2 Dart hood into a functional fresh air hood. Would think the duct work would be close to the Bee Ramcharger setup.

Unless you have some of the parts laying around it would cost $500-$1000 to duplicate with repop parts.

The scoops need to be farther to the outside of the hood than on stock 70-up a-bodies The one thing that most people don't realize is that the A-body hood is WIDER than the B-body hood due to the much wider fender tops on the B. We haven't installed the air box in my son's Dart, YET, but the scoops are in the right place.

Sweeeeeeet. That Duster came out really nice.
Jim is right on the hoods, A is wider. Do like the scoops in the original spot though. I'm good friends with both Wayne Brown and Al Wilson. Wayne does Ramcharger hoods and Al does Air Grabbers so I've got people.
Let us know how it turns out Jim.

That car is so far behind on completion. My son has started life (got married, bought a house, working on a teaching credential, etc.....) and has lots on his plate. I don't have time to work on my own stuff, let alone his. He may get to it some day or he'll get to the point where he can pay somebody to do the hard work.
