Origional wiring was gone so I put in a replacement---taillights work--backup lights work---stop light switch tests out good --fuel wire pulses as it should but no brake lights. The car does not have a directional signal switch or column harness--could that be the reason

RapidRobert Circle Track R Joined: Nov 2003 Posts: 36,040 Lincoln Nebraska	What Rhino said, The white "out" wire from the brake light sw goes into the TS sw then 2 wires out from the TS sw to the brake light on each rear corner, the large filament in the 1157 bulbs live every 24 hour block of time like it's your last day on earth
