Who knows....

Whatever it was there must have been enough of the sheiks money involved that Dixon will take the details to his grave with him.

And Del just merrily goes on his way to retirement after winning the Championship last year?

$$$$

Not to mention Langdon leave Lucas for Al Anabi and all a sudden Morgan has one of the quickest TF cars on the Planet...

hmmmmm.

Rumor has it substance abuse by one that led to another developing a problem and that person was personally taken to rehab by a crew chief. Not Del..... Just what I heard.

The drug abuse was supposedly by the Sheik's son, who is the "owner" of Al-Anabi. Daddy supposedly tightened up the purse strings.

Dixon supposedly got the axe because he was a whiney little beeotch to deal with and was crying because Worsham was getting the spotlight.

Worsham couldn't bring the $$$$, so early retirement for him.

Lucas got the seat because he brought $$$$. He should be instantly fast. Alan Johnson is the best T/F tuner on the planet.

Not sure about the Jim Balooshi guy. Might be a nephew, cousin, etc..

This all has to be true, it was on Yellowbullet.

Not Lucas, they got Langdon from the Lucas team.

And suddenly Morgan Lucas found a killer setup.

Would that be any worse than the NHRA-FORCE?

Here's the real story.....

KH (the sheik) had a bad cocaine problem. This wasn't his first stint in rehab.

Morgan Lucas was running the top fuel program into the dirt hiring and firing crew chiefs, hasty decision making and just being an overall dipshi.t

Since al Anabi Racing is owned by Allen Johnson and sponsored al Anabi, kh wanted ka (the Jim balooshi guy) to have a chance in a fuel car. They bought Dixon out of the remainder of his contract and now iT looks like he has something worked out with the Vandergriff camp.

Worksham was offered a smoking deal to tune Alexis' car. Remember her dad is John Paul of Paul Mitchell, so money is no object there either. So off to kalitta he went.

Forrest Lucas struck a deal with Allen Johnson to take Langdon, and also oversee the Lucas Team... Look at Morgan's crew chiefs Aaron Brooks and Rod Centorbi.... Straight out of the al Anabi camp from last year..... Lucas picked up Bernstein...who knows why.... And now ALlen Johnson is calling the shots at both camps.

dan akroids vodka company and then all this stuff

John Paul Jones DeJoria[3] was born the second son of an Italian immigrant father and a Greek immigrant mother[4] on April 13, 1944[5] in the Echo Park neighborhood of Los Angeles, California. His parents divorced by the time he was two years old, and at nine he began selling Christmas cards and newspapers with his older brother to support his family. When his single mother proved unable to support both children, they were sent to an East Los Angeles foster home.[6][7]
DeJoria spent much of his youth in a street gang in East Los Angeles, but changed when he was told that he would "never succeed at anything in life" by a math teacher at John Marshall High School. He graduated in 1962 and spent two years in the United States Navy,[6] after which he floated through a series of jobs ranging from janitor to insurance salesman.[8]
[edit]Hair products

DeJoria entered the world of hair care as an employee of Redken Laboratories. He was fired from this position, he claims over a disagreement on business strategies. In 1980, he formed John Paul Mitchell Systems with hairdresser Paul Mitchell and a loan for $700.[6] In 1989, Paul Mitchell died and was replaced by his son, Angus as company co-owner. As of 2011, John Paul Mitchell Systems had revenues of $900 million annually.[9]
[edit]Other businesses

DeJoria is involved in a number of other business ventures. The Patrón Spirits Company he co-founded in 1989 with business partner Martin Crowley sells more than 2 million cases of tequila annually.[9] He was a founding partner of the House of Blues nightclub chain, subsequently sold to Live Nation for $350 million in 2006, and has interests in Pyrat Rum, Ultimat Vodka, Solar Utility, Sun King Solar, Touchstone Natural Gas, Three Star Energy, Diamond Audio, a Harley Davidson dealership, a diamond company (DeJoria), mobile technology developer ROK AMERICAS, the John Paul Pet company, which does hair and personal grooming for animals, and J&D Acquisitions LLC, the parent company for the Larson, Striper, Triumph, Marquis and Carver boat companies formed with Minneapolis-based investor Irwin L. Jacobs.[10][11]
[edit]In media

DeJoria made a cameo appearance as his own former business partner, Paul Mitchell, in the 2008 comedy You Don't Mess with the Zohan, trying to convince Zohan to join his salon and also in The Big Tease as the fictional John Paul Mitchell, who acted as a judge in the Platinum Scissors competition in which Craig Ferguson's character, Crawford, was competing. DeJoria also made a cameo appearance in the hit Showtime series Weeds season 2. DeJoria both narrates and is seen in television commercials for Patron in November 2011.

According to a top fuel owner who lives in my town. It's all about Money. Dixon didn't have to bring to the table Balooshi did and you've already read about Langdon. It's business now not a sport.
