I would like to know if A-body (specifically a 69 Dart) bench seat and bucket seat outer mounting studs mount in the same set of holes in the floor pan. I plan on putting a bench seat where there was originally buckets and was just curious if I will have to drill new holes or not.

Nope. There are two sets of outer holes. The buckets use one set the bench uses the other. There are usually 1/2" plugs that fill the holes. I attached a pic of my 69 GTS, the bucket holes are on the inside and the bench holes are on the raised portion.

The funny thing about science is that if you change one miniscule parameter you change the entire outcome to the way you want it.
