babarracuda OP pro stock B Joined: Sep 2003 Posts: 1,465 Carson City, NV	MY Durango does not want to shift back to first gear when cold. It will load then engine and then it stalls. Only one time. Any ideas?

383man Too Many Posts 3 Joined: Jan 2003 Posts: 27,421 Balt. Md	Check the trans fluid level when hot in nuetral. Its very important that the level is correct or the converter can stay locked up. That trans (45rfe or 545rfe)actually uses the fluid pressure unlock the converter clutch and we had some that when the fluid was low it had the converter clutch lock up at idle.
