What are you guys running for front pads,I have the ones that came with the kit the brake dust is horrible. Looking for something with less dust.

I ran the ones that came with the brakes,didn't have any real problems with brake dust,but maybe they changed there pads


70 duster full chassis super pro 416 CNC Indybrock heads 727 w/brake

best so far 1.212 60 6.219 in 1/8 at 110.88 9.768 at 137.81 1/4

Not sure if they changed them from Hawk, but I never had a problem with them.

The new ones I got in October were from Hawk. I've never had a problem w/ dust either.

I talked to Aerospace today,they said it is becuz I am running stock drums on back and it is putting to much strain on the fronts.
They wanted to sell me a rear disc kit.

Well I have a good bit of dust but also have b body rear drums. Maybe they are on to something.

I was going to say that it sounded like you have too much front brake bias. You should change the rears. Great brakes and you'll save a ton of weight. I was a dealer for them for a long time - it's a great product and company.

Are you using a proportioning valve? Why not install one in the front brake system?
