Is there a way to convert the end-link setup for an OE-type swaybar and corresponding LCA to use heim joints like the newer vehicles do, and is it worth the effort?

Thanks in advance.

I did it on my '65 Coronet. I wouldn't recommend this installation on a street car. A better approach would be to use OEM joints such as the Viper ones since they'll provide some compliance and vibration absorbtion. I think that Eberg covered this in an article sometime back.
