1cuda mopar 1 Joined: Sep 2007 Posts: 641 western australia	my st louis 69 charger r/t is tx9 with blackout behind the grille-still in original paint. you will find a lot were. i think the memo changed because there was a discussion on the dodge charger forum and a lot of ef8 eb7 and tx9 cars had blackouts that weren`t meant to. all the best frank
