I just bought a set of 440 Challenger headpipes from Classic Car Exhaust. They were on sale and shipping wasn't too bad:

http://www.ebay.com/itm/1970-1971-DODGE-...247994250459167

They showed up today, in a suspiciously short box. Each head pipe is TWO pieces! NOTHING in the description, either on feebay or their website about it. First round of e-mail sent immediately.

Anybody else have experience with them?

Had the same happen to me with them. They replaced the cut in half 4 piece H-pipe with a one piece H-pipe and sent a pick-up tag for the "cut in half" pipes. The H-pipe had to have one flange cut off and rolled about 12 degrees for it to fit. I also had ordered tail pipes at the same time. Not even close. They said a mistake was made which was the wrong card was used on the bending machine. They sent a second set of tail pipes, again, not even close and was refunded for the tail pipes. Save yourself the wasted time and aggravation and call Colby at Accurate. I did and ordered a set of tail pipes and they fit like a glove in less than 10 minutes. All the above was for a 1967 GTX. Good luck.
P.S. Classics prices are cheap for a reason...I wouldn`t and can`t ever recommend them to anyone that wants an exhaust system that actually fits. Don`t delay, call them asap to get your money back.

They e-mailed back pretty quickly saying

"You received the set made for somebody else. Sorry for that. I will get the correct ones out to you. Thank Scott"

"Thank Scott"....Must be a Trekkie.

I noticed your post, your close to me. there is a muffler shop in Burlington, NC. they've done several for me, and he does almost all of the high end stuff in this area. unfortunately, they are not able to do mandrel bends. but everything they do is top shelf!! its Alamance Muffler, on Mebane St, Burlington. I can get you a number if you'd like. or anyone else close by that would like top notch work.
