Am out in garage finishing up plumbing fuel system, went to install dual inlet fuel line into carb, morain in line filters are stopping the fuel line to thread into carb, take out the copper Morain filters and it threads just fine.
Do I need these? I have two in-line filters now. One between tank and pump and one between pump and carb and the sock in the tank as well.
Thnx Chuck

BTW the Morain filters are those copper screen type plugs that are in the I guess you call in fuel bowl

If you have a filter in the fuel line you won't need them.

I just bought the 770 Ultra street avenger carb, and was a little disappointed that it did not have screw in restrictors in the metering blocks.

The idle restrictors help fine tune the idle transition circuit before the main metering kicks in. The power valve restrictors help tune the amount of extra fuel the power valve delivers.
Thats really the main ones, but aftermarket metering blocks usually also allow changing the bleeds in the emulsion circuit.
