I'd use "Goo Gone" or similar products first, but if that doesn't work and you're looking for a last resort...
In the industrial laundry business, one of the products we use is called "Jinx Ink." It (or a similar product) can be found at a local laundromat supply shop. Look in the phone book.
It is pretty harsh stuff, designed to get ink out of clothing. So if your seat covers are dyed you'll want to test it in an inconspicuous spot to be sure it won't strip the dye. Also, be sure you rinse off the resuidue when you're done. But the ink WILL come off. Guarnateed.

you could also try brake cleaner. the resto shop I used to work at farmed out the convertible tops to a guy because he had to hand make everything due to lack of availability, anyway, he said that he uses brake cleaner to clean the vinyl used on the tops, because apparently, it's the exact same stuff that is used in dry cleaning clothes.
I haven't tried it myself, but you could give it a shot...again, in a small inconspicuous area first.
