The wifegod has a '98 Grand Voyager.

In that model, the door locks are protected by a 40 amp FUSE in the fuse/breaker panel under the hood, just outboard of the battery.
The lid has a roadmap, which (in her '98) shows the fuse to be next to the top in the column of 40 amp fuses.

As has already been said, the body computer controls the locks, and knows better than all of us mere mortals. A reset might be in order (by leaving the battery disconnected for a while).

Down to just a blue car now.

Iwas told if you have a bad solenoid on one of the doors usually the one that wont lock or unlock is what the problem is . i have a 03 t/c ireplaced both of the sliding door solenoids and it still likes to keep locking . it has burnt the new ones up till they stay in the locked postion i replaced both of them again and left them unplugged so i could open the doors . i just manually lock them a chrysler tech said to hold the door lock switch up for 10 seconds and it resets them for awhile i always wonder if the wiring tracks in the slides were causing the problem ,
