Here is the setup 440 30 over stock stroke 9-1 comp out of the box eddy 88cc. Small hyd roller. F.A.S.T efi with a eddy pro-flo xt manifold with 90 m throttle body.
Borgwarner s400 80 mil turbo with a 1.32 ar .I want to run 91 pump gas I saw a guy at Columbus with 451 B motor who had pro charger running 15 Lbs of boost on the street with 100 lbs injectors. This is a street strip car I'm building with a stock block with aluminum caps and girdle.
Anyone have any advice I'm looking at 85-95 lbs inj some real world experience
Would be great.

Call F.A.S.T. and ask them, I'm under the impression that you want the injectors to be operating at or above 85% duty cycle at WOT in the upper RPM

I use 83 lb injectors 500 inch. It is on a N/A engine but injectors were sized for a D1 Procharger setup. (est 850 hp)

Well max hp is 1000 for the turbo so I'm told. I would love to make 800 on pump gas

83 lb/hr should do it but would be the lowest I would go. 96 lb/hr would give you some room to grow. Don't worry about going to big if its a sequential box.

FYI - I'm running 160 lb/hr but have 2 less cylinders and can still idle fine.

Typically want to keep the duty cycle below 85%. Never want to be near 100%

2 things I was told high imp on injectors makes it easy to idle vs low imp?
And 80 lbs inj for say a ls motor will flow 86 due to higher fuel pressure?
Is this correct!

There has been a lot of argument over low vs. high impedance injectors but for injector sizes in the range the OP is looking for it wouldn't be a factor.
Any fuel injector will flow more at higher base pressures. Some will react better than others at these elevated pressures. For comparison, the flow ratings are uasully given at the same pressures. With aftermarket fuel managment, there is rarely any reason to play with the recomended base pressure.
For boosted applications, you would be using a fuel regulator with a pressure sensing port. This will keep the pressure differential the same under boost pressures. Example, if the base pressure is 45 PSI, then apply 20 PSI boost, the regulator will increase the pressure to 65 PSI to keep the pressure differencial and flow rating the same(85FuelPSI - 20 PSIBooost = 45BasePSI).
