It's fiberglass, I believe from the guy in SoCal.
My friend who helped me build the car calls it "The Snow Plow".

it did settle the front end down slightly between 90 and 110 mph, The new thinking is the belly pans that the new cars have.

Belly pan is just sheet metal or fiberglass panel that cleans up the bottom of the car. Exotics have run it for years.

I bought two air dams for the GTX and have yet to install either. One if a repro 69 camaro and the other is a replacement for a ranger. The camaro version comes to a point and the other is sort of a wrap around. They were each under $50.
