540challenger master 5 Joined: Apr 2007 Posts: 2,826 NY usa	You could tap into any 12v source to get the volt meter to read granted the closer to the battery the better. You could run the volt meter direct to the battery if you want. Just make sure you use a relay inbetween and wire that to a key on source so your gauge is not always on.
