Have a Stealth r/t twin turbo ....whenever it gets cold out the inside STINKS of raw gas ....and yet theres no smell outside and no visible leaks anywhere .......anyone have any clues as to what it could possibly be?

I have a 93 (not an RT). If I were you I would inspect the fuel pump plate and lines on the top of the tank. There is an access plate in the trunk--take a look.
Also inspect the fuel filter fittings (under the battery).

Most likely the seal that seals the tank and fuel pump assembly. However the lines from the assembly are known to rust also.

Usually I found that if you smell fuel in the car when its cold out and the heater is on it under the hood most of the time. The heater pulls its air in from the cowl area so it can pull the fuel fumes right in the car. Ron

They have injector o-rings to the rails and a seal on the intake that goes around the injector bottom. You can see the front ones, so look for cracks as after 20 years on a turbo engine, they see heat and my engine they were all cracked. For a few bucks per injector and a couple hours, it might not be a bad idea to replace those too and the other rail o-rings, then you'll know it's all sealed up.
