Kind do what both Roadhazard and Sport440 do.
Port/file the pan, use a homemade paper gasket cutter for the gasket radiuses(radii?), knife for straight sections, and glue the paper/pan/paper sandwich together. Then do final clean-up with coarse grit tootsie roll.
Between this, and intake-gasket-head port aligning, I do end up with some time in it.
If you are just using paper, use a knife and/or tootsie roll. You use the pan siliconed to the under side of the head right?

Hello Randy and nice choice in head work...Jeff is tops. If your still looking for gasket advice just (glue with weatherstrip adhesive) on any old gasket. Set on them and cut the window to fit with a razor knife. 60% of the time ...it works all the time !!! Just clean/prep the surface with brakeclean before hand and work QUICK, the adhesive drys IN SECONDS!<<<Read the last sentence again. After glue cures apply to coats of your motor oil to the gasket surface so the gasket don't stick to the head/etc. and trim as req'd. Happy hunting. Sean
