"just out of curiousity,how long from start to finish once everything is in order ? " If you mean once all the parts are ready to assemble, it is about an hour for a 51 year old like me. If you mean from beginning to end I would say about 4 hours. The longest part of the rebuild is the polishing of the barrel and the plating of the parts. I do not control those delays. One of my next motors is the special one for project Cuda 340/4/4 door for Team Walden. Jules
