Rebuilding my 72 Charger floor shift steering column. Question; at the bottom of the column, there's a white plastic "seal" or "bushing" with 2 tabs holding it in the tube. The hole in the "seal" is much bigger than the shaft. Mine had broken tabs so I looked them up and found 3 types. One was an actual bearing inside white plastic with 2 screws. I also found exactly what I had but with or without a rubber seal. What should I get? My column tube doesn't have 2 holes for screws to hold actual metal bearings, so is this an aftermarket update?
The FSM doesn't have a picture of the lower part and only says that the floor shifter column is similar to column shifter

Ask these guys about kit# C28K, includes retainer and seal. No lower bearing, seal only for your app.
