I was wondering if any of you guys had dyno'd a small block with a 4" stroker crank with Hedman Hustler's and TTI's new headers. Both with 1 7/8 primarys. See any difference in numbers? Do the tti's fit better then the Hedmans? And lastly does any one make a header with 2" primarys?

I have the 1 7/8 Hedman Huslers on my small block Dart and have to say they are the easiest header to install that I have ever owned. Much easier than the 1 5/8-1 3/4 TTIs I have.

Hedman makes the Husler in 2".

I never had my car on the dyno with my tti's. I can tell you what my car gained at the track consistently. I have a 4in crank motor with w5 heads. I originally had 1 7/8s tti's on it and went mid 9.70s at 137+ consistently. Put my 1 7/8s hedman hustlers on it and run mid 9.60s at 138.50+ consistently now. My hedmans fit great.... hedman makes a 2in header also. Hedman hands down if you want to go fast imop. Btw this was with no other changes.

Which would be better 1 7/8 to 2 or just straight 2 inch primaries. The motor is a 408 with Indy 360-1, roller cam, 9.0 to 1 comp. F1R procharger, meth inj., and a2a ic. shooting for about 950-1000 horse.
