those are not OEM clamps for that hose
The breather to body vent line is 5/16" hose - uses a clear zinc keystone clamp on the body end and i think a silver or clear zinc band clamp on the breather end.
The picture is not the best quality but its from Julianos red 71 cuda 440+6 conv and that car does have the band clamp.
Also the red untouched 71 hemicuda that Juliano used to own has the band clamp on.

I will agree on the inner fender end. but I'm not 100% sure the engine/valve cover end was clear zinc. When we took my brothers 1971 duster apart (untouched original) I think the valve cover breather end was a black phosphate clamp as in Dave Wises photo above. He has all the pictures we took that weekend so I can't confirm one way or the other.
But every car i've seen over the years has a keystone/oteker clamp on the inner fender end.

You are correct . The hose is secured at the breather with a spring spring clamp for ease of breather replacement and a "Keystone" clamp on the hard tube.
I reused the original silver clamp on my 440/6 car, the rj reynolds car has its original in place. as does my 1200 rts rrunner and 71 hemi charger. also the return line end is keystone. that silver clamp on the breather side is NOT plated its actually painted silver. just wipe an original with laq thinner and you will see. ford used the same clamp too.
this photo above of someones 6pack car is obviously restored and is using some bad repop hoses. guys if you are looking for nice examples of original hoses for this high visibility area just swipe them from the evaporation lines in the rear. those 4 lines are usually perfect on the worst of parts cars.
whomever started this thread please email me direct. im sure i have some lunchpail clamps here with me. it's been a while since i looked for a mopar part.
have a wonderful Christmas....one and all.
