I dont have any specs but a 6.5 is a fair bit bigger than a 318 so by rights it should have enough in it to scatter a 318 pretty easy..... just a guess... but it would make a difference when it start to spool

Really depends on what you mean decent power, but I'd say it's large enough to gain couple hundred easy.I mess with Turbo Supras ,the little 3 liter can put down 700+ on 67mm turbo,but that's with high quality billet turbo,right supporting mods,good tuner that knows what he's doing to get all the power out of your combo.Dealing with turbo cars can get very expensive.Good set of cams,good flowing head with extensive head work,right exhaust manifold,wastegate,intake mani,t/b,lightened,ballanced, built bottom end with forged rods & pistons,billet dual or triple ballbearing turbo and you got over 40k under the hood Get a good fuel pump and turn up the boost .BTW, I'm assuming you built the motor with lower compression for boost. Otherwise it wouldn't be safe to run past 8 psi.
